Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 8hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48hours to let you
know your order is on the way!

Pre-orders are followed by an order confirmation and a 40-60 day turnaround time for manufacture and delivery subject to shipping partner restrictions.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available throughout SA and for addresses within outside of metro's DHL and or other shipping partners will be in contact to arrange a collection depot near you.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped, using DHL South Africa (ZAR), within 2-7 days for countries on the African continent and up to 20 days for overseas countries due to longer shipping distances.

If the shipping delivery option does not show up during checkout, we do not ship to your country at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
